We live in an always on world and culture. Most of the time we are either producing or consuming something. This puts us at risk of burnout. In this Youth Alive talk, we will discuss what burnout is and what to do about it. Dr Torben Bergland is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist from Norway who takes a special interest in working with patients with depression, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as integrating relational, religious, and existential perspectives in psychotherapy. Currently, he is serving as Associate Director at the Health Ministries Department at the headquarters of the Seventh day Adventist Church in USA.
