Objectives of Hymn Fest 1. To remind participant worshippers of the powerful similitude of Christian Hymnology to human life in all circumstances and cycles Hymns for all occasions and seasons 2. To strengthen worship in the heart as a fundamental precursor to meaningful corporate worship. 3. To alert the minds of participant worshippers to the spiritual power that resides in the hymns 4. To appeal to participant worshippers to lead, sing, and play God’s sacred music skillfully, heartily with undivided devotion to God’s pleasure and with the power to inspire righteousness.
